Funcionamiento
Plastic sheet (PP/PET/PVC/etc.) is fed by a 7.5 kW servo into a patented sealed energy-saving heating oven and brought to forming temperature. At the forming station, vacuum and/or compressed air drive the sheet into an aluminum-alloy mold using positive, negative, or combined pressure (selectable). The formed strip indexes to the punching station for shift-die trimming (±0.4 mm tolerance), then a full-servo manipulator (3 kW + 0.8 kW) picks finished cavities and stacks them on the conveyor. PLC drives 4× 7.5 kW servo clamping motors with bidirectional independent template motion. Safety light curtains protect the clamping area; oil-level alarms guard lubrication; broken-sheet sensors prevent fire.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Plastic sheet (PP/PET/PVC/etc.) is fed by a 7.5 kW servo into a patented sealed energy-saving heating oven and brought to forming temperature.
2At the forming station, vacuum and/or compressed air drive the sheet into an aluminum-alloy mold using positive, negative, or combined pressure (selectable).
