Funcionamiento
Granular material is force-fed into the dies; the rotating turret carries 25 sets of IPT punches through fill, pre-compression (max 100 kN), main compression (max 200 kN), and ejection. Pressure sensors continuously monitor compression force; PLC + microcomputer adjust dosing, reject out-of-spec tablets, and regulate weight. Three-layer mode uses sequential filling stations on the same turret to stack distinct granule layers before final compression. Sealed transmission lubricated by Versa III system; SIEMENS PLC + touch-screen control.

Pre-production: clear all residues from dies, turret, force feeder, hopper, and compression area; wipe contact surfaces with dry cloth. Post-shift: power off, disassemble dies and guides, clean all stainless-steel surfaces; apply food-grade lubricant to guide rails per maintenance schedule. Versa III lubrication system — check oil level and replenish as needed. Do not spray water on electrical components.
