Funcionamiento
The oil pot (35 L) and water pot (45 L) separately pre-process oil-phase and water-phase materials, heating them to the required process temperature. Material is then drawn by vacuum into the main emulsifying pot. Under vacuum (−0.09 MPa), the slow frame wall-scraping stirrer (0–72 r/min) continuously brings material into contact with the high-shear homogenizer (0–3500 r/min), completing homogenization and emulsification. The heating/cooling system delivers thermal energy via the jacket; temperature is automatically controlled by PT100 integrated devices (accuracy ±1 °C). A hydraulic lifting system tilts the main pot for inclined discharge after processing.
Proceso de funcionamiento
