Funcionamiento
Two PVA/PVOH film webs unwind from automatic-splice doffers (top + bottom). Bottom film is preheated, pulled into pocket cavities on a rotating drum mold by mechanical-limit-valve vacuum, vacuum-formed into half-shells, and filled with metered liquid by ceramic plunger pumps (0–20 ml). The top film passes a water-coater (precision water roller, 10–1,000 rpm) and meets the bottom film at the closing roll, where the two films heat-seal around each pod. Servo longitudinal slitters and a heated, servo-driven horizontal cutter separate finished pods, which are gently transferred onto a conveyor belt for discharge.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Two PVA/PVOH film webs unwind from automatic-splice doffers (top + bottom).
2Bottom film is preheated, pulled into pocket cavities on a rotating drum mold by mechanical-limit-valve vacuum, vacuum-formed into half-shells, and filled with metered liquid by ceramic plunger pumps (0–20 ml).
