Funcionamiento
Two-stage 5.5 kW vacuum pump pulls air through the hopper, drawing material from the source through the food-grade Φ63 mm hose and stainless suction gun into the vacuum hopper. Pleated bag filters (10 µm) separate solids; a secondary filter system protects the pump. After feed cycle, a pneumatic reversing valve isolates the hopper and a rotary cylinder opens the pneumatic discharge valve to drop the material into the capsule filler. A compressed-air back-blow valve then pulses to clean the filter bags before the next cycle.

Limpieza y mantenimiento
Compressed-air back-blow system automatically cleans the filter bags after each feed cycle. For batch / material change, remove the lid and filter bags, blow off powder with compressed air, then wash with warm water; dry before reinstalling.
