SED-60TP-H Semi-Automatic De-Blister Machine. Bench-top patented de-blistering unit that extrudes capsules, tablets and softgels out of aluminum-plastic, alu-alu and double-aluminum blister boards at up to 60 boards/min.
Funcionamiento
Operator manually feeds the blister board into the inlet (widthways or lengthways). Two motorised blade wheels drive the board between them; the wheel pitch is set to ride between adjacent pill cavities so the wheels press only on the foil flange. As the board passes through, the wheels deform the cavity dome and pop the tablet/capsule out through the bottom-side foil into the discharge tray. The board exits cleanly. Adjustable blade-wheel spacing and guide-rail position allow the same machine to handle different tablet pitches and APB sizes.

Limpieza y mantenimiento
Inspect and clean the inlet and outlet channels before each shift. Pill-contact parts (blade wheels, guide rails) dismantle with an Allen wrench for wiping down. Periodically open the stainless-steel cover and lubricate the internal gear with grease. Replace polyurethane rollers when worn.
