Funcionamiento
Cartons are erected from flat blanks and presented vertically with the open top facing up. Product is dropped into the carton from above via a servo/stepper-driven dosing or grouping head. The flaps are then folded and tucked (or glued) to seal the carton. A rejection mechanism ejects defective or misaligned cartons. The entire process sequence — erect, load, seal, reject — is controlled by PLC with touchscreen HMI using internationally branded servo/stepper motors and electronics. Carton size can be adjusted directly on the machine without changing molds.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Cartons are erected from flat blanks and presented vertically with the open top facing up.
