Funcionamiento
Virgin pulp is evenly distributed onto the double Fourdrinier wire through the open head box. Water is progressively removed by ceramic dewatering elements in the wire section (wire dryness 15–18%). The web passes through the vacuum couch roll, then the press section (dryness 42–45%), then the sizing machine, then the 5-cylinder dryer section where steam heating brings paper dryness to 92–95%. The 5-roll calendar smooths and finishes the sheet; the pneumatic reel machine winds it into rolls; the rewinding slitter cuts rolls to required widths.
Proceso de funcionamiento
