SED-6000SQJ-P fully-automatic plastic cup forming,filling,sealing,and cutting machine. Single sheet feed with 6 cups formed per cycle. Forms cups from PET/PVC/PS/PP roll stock (0.5–1.3 mm),fills 20–150 g (350 ml typical)

Funcionamiento
Plastic sheet roll is unwound and stepped through chain feed. Upper (14×Φ14×260 mm heating tubes) and lower (8×Φ14×260 mm tubes) heating plates preheat the sheet, which is then thermoformed by vacuum + high-pressure air over a 6-cavity mould. Cups are filled by a metering cylinder with quantity-set lift screws, capped with a tracked aluminum-foil composite lid (color-mark sensor aligns label to cup); a 6×Φ14×170 mm heating block heat-seals the lid. A punch-cut die separates the 6-up array, waste edge film is cut and reeled, and finished cups are pneumatically pushed onto an output conveyor.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Plastic sheet roll is unwound and stepped through chain feed.
2Upper (14×Φ14×260 mm heating tubes) and lower (8×Φ14×260 mm tubes) heating plates preheat the sheet, which is then thermoformed by vacuum + high-pressure air over a 6-cavity mould.
3Cups are filled by a metering cylinder with quantity-set lift screws, capped with a tracked aluminum-foil composite lid (color-mark sensor aligns label to cup); a 6×Φ14×170 mm heating block heat-seals the lid.
4A punch-cut die separates the 6-up array, waste edge film is cut and reeled, and finished cups are pneumatically pushed onto an output conveyor.
