SED-6000SQJ-P fully-automatic plastic cup forming,filling,sealing,and cutting machine. Single sheet feed with 6 cups formed per cycle. Forms cups from PET/PVC/PS/PP roll stock (0.5–1.3 mm),fills 20–150 g (350 ml typical)

Plastic sheet roll is unwound and stepped through chain feed. Upper(14×Φ14×260 mm heating tubes) and lower(8×Φ14×260 mm tubes) heating plates preheat the sheet, which is then thermoformed by vacuum + high-pressure air over a 6-cavity mould. Cups are filled by a metering cylinder with quantity-set lift screws, capped with a tracked aluminum-foil composite lid(color-mark sensor aligns label to cup); a 6×Φ14×170 mm heating block heat-seals the lid. A punch-cut die separates the 6-up array, waste edge film is cut and reeled, and finished cups are pneumatically pushed onto an output conveyor.
