SED-60-7200JSJTC1-E — 60-Channel Capsule Appearance and Weighing Integrated Inspection Machine

Capsules are fed from the hopper through a sorting plate into vertically aligned single files; the dropping mechanism distributes them into the 60 channel-retention units. The rotating mechanism drives all 60 channels of capsules through a 360° rotation; three high-definition cameras, three strip light sources, and three front-surface mirrors image each capsule from all directions. Traditional image algorithms (enhancement/localization/segmentation) combined with deep learning models identify defects. The pushing mechanism then transfers inspected capsules to the weighing module; after weighing, a dial wheel conveys them to the discharge-and-rejection mechanism. Conforming capsules exit to the finished-product drum; non-conforming capsules are diverted to the reject box.
