Funcionamiento
Operator manually de-bags and de-lids/liners the tub under ORABS laminar flow protection without contact with the outer bag. The tub is conveyed to the fill station where a sandwich-style center plate clamps the syringes/cartridges/vials in place. Five servo-controlled ceramic plunger pumps (one servo per pump) dispense product with an optimized fill curve: the needle rises in sync with the liquid level to prevent splashing and bubble formation. Stoppers are pre-loaded in a vibratory bowl, transported face-up (no rail contact) in the stopper track under laminar flow, and vacuum-inserted. Pre-gassing with nitrogen is available for oxygen-sensitive products. The filled nest is conveyed out for downstream processing.
Proceso de funcionamiento
