Funcionamiento
Water and oil phases are pre-mixed with paddle agitators in their dedicated 2.7 L jacketed pots, then drawn into the main vacuum kettle by vacuum suction. In the main kettle the wall-scraping frame agitator wipes the heated 304 wall while the German-technology multi-stage rotor/stator top homogenizer (0.55 kW @ 2,900–3,000 rpm) creates strong hydraulic shear plus centrifugal squeezing, grinding and impact, fully mixing and refining the emulsion to 0.2–0.6 μm. Vacuum (–0.09 MPa) deaerates and degasses; electric heat is delivered through the bottom 2 kW heater. Tilt-discharge or bottom-valve outflow can route directly to a filler.
Proceso de funcionamiento
