Funcionamiento
Air passes through a filter and heater, enters the hot-air distributor at the top of the drying chamber and flows uniformly into the chamber in a spiral pattern; feed liquid is sent to the centrifugal spray head at the top and atomized into fine droplets. The greatly increased contact surface causes water to evaporate rapidly, drying to product in a very short time. Coarser product is collected from the dryer bottom; exhaust is discharged by the centrifugal fan.
Proceso de funcionamiento
