Funcionamiento
Centrifugal spray drying. Feed liquid is delivered by a peristaltic pump (BT00-300 mm/1515) onto a Φ50 mm centrifugal atomizing disc spinning at 25,000 RPM, which throws the liquid as fine droplets into a Φ1100 mm SUS304 drying tower. Filtered ambient air heated by a 24 kW electric heater (up to 350°C) flows down through the chamber. Solvent flashes off and dry product follows the air through an outlet duct (Φ60 mm, 1.5 mm SUS304) to a SUS304 cyclone separator that drops solids into the material collector, while exhaust air is pulled out by a 3 kW vortex pump (with VFD). Air hammer keeps chamber walls clean. Atomizer bearings are cooled by a 0.55 kW circulating pump.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Centrifugal spray drying.
