Funcionamiento
Vacuum drying: the chamber is evacuated to approximately −0.099 MPa, lowering the boiling point of moisture/solvent so heat-sensitive materials evaporate at lower temperatures. Heat is conducted into the product via steam-heated shelves. Vapour is pumped out by a 4 kW vacuum pump. An optional condenser allows solvent recovery. If SK series water-ring vacuum pump is used, the condenser may be omitted, saving investment. Pre-drying steam sterilisation is possible; no impurities contact the product during drying, meeting GMP requirements.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Vacuum drying: the chamber is evacuated to approximately −0.099 MPa, lowering the boiling point of moisture/solvent so heat-sensitive materials evaporate at lower temperatures.
2Heat is conducted into the product via steam-heated shelves.
3Vapour is pumped out by a 4 kW vacuum pump.

Limpieza y mantenimiento
After use, clean box body and rack joints where fouling accumulates. Disconnect rack joints, wash thoroughly with water, reinstall. Regularly inspect vacuum gauge, temperature gauge and digital display; replace if damaged.
