Funcionamiento

Single-punch (eccentric) tablet press: the feeder fills the die cavity with powder; the upper punch descends into the middle die to compress the material against the lower punch; the lower punch then rises to eject the formed tablet. Filling depth, tablet thickness, and pressing pressure are independently adjustable. A hand-swing mode allows manual operation when power is unavailable.

Proceso de funcionamiento

Limpieza y mantenimiento

Remove residual powder and clean all machine parts after each shift. For extended idle periods: disassemble dies, clean and coat all friction surfaces with anti-rust oil, and cover with dust shield. Store dies submerged in oil. Inspect machine parts twice per month.
