SED-5CYGF1-K — Nest-Box Prefilled Syringe Filling and Stoppering Machine

PLC + Siemens servo motors + pneumatic cylinders coordinate the take-nest mechanism, filling mechanism, stoppering mechanism, and send-nest mechanism. Nest is removed from the nest box at the take station, indexed to the filling station where five 316L stainless filling needles deliver liquid via five independently servo-driven ceramic plunger pumps under vacuum (0 to −100 kPa). The fixture indexes to the stoppering station where rubber stoppers fed by the quick-lock 316L Good Bowl vibration pot through a buffer chamber are vacuum-plugged at the same independently controlled vacuum range. Fiber-optic sensors verify position at every motion; missing-stopper detection auto-stops with alarm. Loaded nest is returned to the nest box and conveyed out. Aqueous filling uses a swappable ceramic plunger pump set; the included 20 L liftable vacuum-defoaming material tank prepares the liquid feed. Glass isolator window has door-open stop interlock; class-A laminar hood overhead.
