Funcionamiento
Process flow: heat sol tank, charge ingredients, mix → unwind substrate with photoelectric edge guide → apply hot-melt adhesive/medicated mass via the chosen coating head (spray-knife, roller or comma-blade) at 5–40 m/min and 30–2000 g/m² coat weight → laminate cover web with the pneumatic lamination roller → rewind onto pneumatic-expansion shaft with magnetic-powder tension control (up to 700 mm roll diameter). The sol tank pre-melts material with zone-controlled heat (oil-jacketed upper body + cast-aluminum bottom) and a bottom-driven internal mixer keeps the formulation homogeneous; the glue feed system tracks the coater's line speed via electronic synchronization to keep coat weight stable.
