Funcionamiento
Aerosol cans are fed from the 13-row pusher table (EX motor-driven, no can jams/jams/toppling). The fill–crimp–charge unit uses continuous dual-pitch advancing: 8 fill heads dispense 10–250 mL/head (±1% accuracy) → dual-head valve placer picks valves from carousel and air-delivers to crimp station → 2 crimp heads with guide device press-seal valves → 8 charge heads (with accumulator tanks + 4 booster pumps + SMC pneumatics) inject propellant to ratio. Auto glass-bead and spray-head placers add components as needed. 12-station checkweigher detects weight and rejects out-of-spec cans. Suspended water-bath leak detector carries cans through a 3–5 min water bath (view window) then removes residual water via valve-cup blower, bottom blower, two air knives, and sponge wipe (EX hot-air system). Auto cap closer's 6-station rotary press-head completes final capping. Entire line controlled by PLC + EX-certified touchscreen.
