Funcionamiento
Lower film is pre-fed by a feed motor + swing arm + aluminium feed roller to the preheating plate (tight contact; plate separates automatically during traction). Stainless-steel backward-leaning clamp chains index the film to the forming station (cylinder clamping + sealing ring + vacuum -0.09 MPa). Product then moves to the heat-sealing station (cylinder closing; upper mold with cylinder buffer; textured surface sealing) where the upper film is heat-sealed onto the blister. Rotary-knife creasing + rodless-cylinder cross-cutting completes the pack; non-toxic PVC conveyor belt for discharge; waste film wound onto rewind reel. Drive: Mitsubishi servo motor 1.5 kW + gearbox.
Proceso de funcionamiento
