Funcionamiento
Sachets are conveyed via the infeed belt into the aligner where they are counted and dropped onto the cartoner tank chain. A photo-eye triggers automatic carton erection; product is pushed in at the loading station, the leaflet (folded by the in-line leaflet folder) is inserted, and the carton is closed and sealed with hot-melt glue. The PLC (Omron CPIE-N30SIDT-D) controls the entire sequence via encoder feedback and VFD speed control.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Sachets are conveyed via the infeed belt into the aligner where they are counted and dropped onto the cartoner tank chain.
