مبدأ العمل
Sachets are conveyed via the infeed belt into the aligner where they are counted and dropped onto the cartoner tank chain. A photo-eye triggers automatic carton erection; product is pushed in at the loading station, the leaflet(folded by the in-line leaflet folder) is inserted, and the carton is closed and sealed with hot-melt glue. The PLC(Omron CPIE-N30SIDT-D) controls the entire sequence via encoder feedback and VFD speed control.
