Funcionamiento
Oil and water phases are pre-blended in the 25L oil pot and 40L water pot (both SUS316 wetted, bottom off-centre wave-type stirrers, 1450 rpm, 0.37 kW). Material is vacuum-drawn into the main pot via the elliptical-head lid. The bottom-mount shear homogenizer (2.2 kW, 3500 rpm, mechanical seal) draws material in from the side and ejects it from the stator top, creating an internal circulation loop with intense shear. A SUS316 frame scraper-stirrer with PTFE blades (0–63 rpm VFD, 1.1 kW) maintains wall-film movement. Heating by steam or electric (6 kW + 3 kW + 3 kW) via jacket. Oil-ring vacuum pump (0.25 kW, 2 m³/h) achieves –0.09 MPa. Three-way bottom ball valve for discharge.
Proceso de funcionamiento
