Funcionamiento
Operators load flat gable-top carton blanks at the bottom-forming station, where pneumatic actions form and seal the carton bottom into an open-top box. Filled boxes are transferred to the top-forming station where heated jaws and ultrasonic sealing fold the gable top to produce the finished roof-pack carton. Product is cold-filled at 2–4°C between the two stations.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Operators load flat gable-top carton blanks at the bottom-forming station, where pneumatic actions form and seal the carton bottom into an open-top box.
2Filled boxes are transferred to the top-forming station where heated jaws and ultrasonic sealing fold the gable top to produce the finished roof-pack carton.
3Product is cold-filled at 2–4°C between the two stations.
