Funcionamiento
Materials are placed under vacuum. The high-speed homogenizer head (stator/rotor) delivers hundreds of thousands of shear, centrifugal, compression, impact and tearing actions per minute, instantly and uniformly dispersing and emulsifying the phases. Simultaneously, the frame-type wall-scraping agitator slowly mixes and scrapes the wall to prevent sticking. Steam jacket heating and jacket cooling circulation provide precise temperature control.
