SED-500MJX-A — Pigskin Gelatin Extraction Production Line

Pigskin is sized by the cutter, washed in the washer with treatment pool, then loaded into SUS304 extraction kettles fitted with perforated plates and heating coils where gelatin is extracted from collagen-rich skin under controlled hot-water conditions. Crude gelatin solution flows to the gelatin storage tank, is clarified through polypropylene pressure filters with hydraulic-aided press cycles, and refined further by cellulose washing/filtration. The fluid gelatin mixer homogenizes the solution before a US 8040 first- and second-stage membrane concentrator removes water; further concentration is achieved in a double-effect evaporator. Concentrated gelatin is held in thick-gelatin mixers, extruded/votated into thin layers, and dried in a 33-meter continuous band dryer (with imported-rotor wheel dehumidifier providing controlled-humidity drying air). Dried gelatin is ground and finally blended in the mixer to produce the final product.
