SED-4LGLJ-A chain-conveyor type filter-paper inserter for coffee capsule paper cups. Inserts a pre-cut filter paper (sheet film) into the inner bottom of each cup as part of a 4-up coffee capsule line. Throughput 3,600–4
Funcionamiento
Cups enter and exit on belt conveyors. A no-bottom-of-cup detection auto-stops the line. Servo-driven linear-gap chain transport with stainless steel chain, positioning fixtures and aluminium tooling moves cups through stations. The film system uses a film-placement unit with pneumatic rotary valve and film-detection sensors. Two consecutive heat-seal stations with constant-temperature PID control, copper heat-seal heads and pneumatic actuation bond the filter paper inside the cup base. Capsules exit on the take-out track.
