SED-4LGLJ-A — Chain-Type Filter Paper Inserter for Coffee Capsule Cups

Cups enter and exit on belt conveyors. A no-bottom-of-cup detection auto-stops the line. Servo-driven linear-gap chain transport with stainless steel chain, positioning fixtures and aluminium tooling moves cups through stations. The film system uses a film-placement unit with pneumatic rotary valve and film-detection sensors. Two consecutive heat-seal stations with constant-temperature PID control, copper heat-seal heads and pneumatic actuation bond the filter paper inside the cup base. Capsules exit on the take-out track.
