SED-48RXG-S — Hot-Air Circulation Oven

Material is loaded onto 48 perforated trays and placed on the 12-layer stainless steel trolleys, which roll in on tracks/ramps. Heating elements are mounted at the top of the working chamber; the 1.1 kW axial fan drives air directly across the heating elements, picking up heat efficiently. Hot air flows in a laminar pattern (exits left wall, returns right) across the material layers, with adjustable deflectors on the convection wall ensuring uniform distribution. Moist hot air is expelled by the forced exhaust motor; fresh air enters through the intake. The Siemens PID controller auto-tunes for precise temperature setpoints. An over-temperature alarm automatically cuts heating power; a fan-heater interlock prevents heater operation without fan running. Inner chamber uses 8-corner all-arc design to eliminate hot-air dead zones.
