SED-48RXG-S — Hot-Air Circulation Oven

Material is loaded onto 48 perforated trays and placed on the 12-layer stainless steel trolleys, which roll in on tracks/ramps. Heating elements are mounted at the top of the working chamber; the 1.1 kW axial fan drives air directly across the heating elements, picking up heat efficiently. Hot air flows in a laminar pattern(exits left wall, returns right) across the material layers, with adjustable deflectors on the convection wall ensuring uniform distribution. Moist hot air is expelled by the forced exhaust motor; fresh air enters through the intake. The Siemens PID controller auto-tunes for precise temperature setpoints. An over-temperature alarm automatically cuts heating power; a fan-heater interlock prevents heater operation without fan running. Inner chamber uses 8-corner all-arc design to eliminate hot-air dead zones.
