Funcionamiento
Manually-loaded products travel along a stepper-motor-driven feed belt. Inverter-controlled main shafts pull the film through formers; the SICK photoelectric eye registers color marks on the film. The Schneider PLC sequences a TECO servo-driven horizontal sealer and rotary cutter to seal-and-cut at registration. Heater elements with PID control maintain seal temperature.
