The SED-450ZB-P is a high-speed pillow-pack flow wrapper for tablets, pills, and food (e.g., sausages). Manual loading onto the infeed conveyor; the line packs at 30-160 bags/min. Pack envelope L120-500 × W35-200 × H5-70

Manually-loaded products travel along a stepper-motor-driven feed belt. Inverter-controlled main shafts pull the film through formers; the SICK photoelectric eye registers color marks on the film. The Schneider PLC sequences a TECO servo-driven horizontal sealer and rotary cutter to seal-and-cut at registration. Heater elements with PID control maintain seal temperature.
