Funcionamiento
Operator presses start; the SED-151ZJL-B air-driven diaphragm feeding pump automatically feeds waste solvent through stainless-steel hose with bottom strainer (2.3 mm mesh) until float-level switch stops. SED-60ZKY-B and SED-425ZKY-B vacuum decompression pumps (US Graco diaphragm) draw vacuum (>= -600 mmHg) on the heated tank. Total Synthetic 50# heat-transfer oil heats the double-wall SUS304 tank via 37 kW (6 kW per element) explosion-proof electric heater under two-stage temperature control (anti-foaming). Solvent vapor passes through 304 SS plate-type water-cooled condenser (10 bar / 0-250 deg C), condenses, and is collected as recovered solvent. After batch, residue is auto-discharged via pneumatic ball valve. After programmed batches, machine auto shuts down.
