Funcionamiento
Servo motor + reduction gear drives clamping chain to clamp the lower film and step-traction. Sequence: Lower film preheating (heating plate fits closely against film) → PVC molding (cylinder locks upper/lower mold, vacuum-form with sealing ring) → heat sealing (cylinder action with cylinder buffer, mesh sealing) → indentation/cutting (hob + cylinder cut). Output via PVC conveyor belt; scrap collected via reel. Each station independently adjustable.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Servo motor + reduction gear drives clamping chain to clamp the lower film and step-traction.
2Sequence: Lower film preheating (heating plate fits closely against film) → PVC molding (cylinder locks upper/lower mold, vacuum-form with sealing ring) → heat sealing (cylinder action with cylinder buffer, mesh sealing) → indentation/cutting (hob + cylinder cut).
3Output via PVC conveyor belt; scrap collected via reel.
4Each station independently adjustable.
