مبدأ العمل
Servo motor + reduction gear drives clamping chain to clamp the lower film and step-traction. Sequence: Lower film preheating(heating plate fits closely against film) → PVC molding(cylinder locks upper/lower mold, vacuum-form with sealing ring) → heat sealing(cylinder action with cylinder buffer, mesh sealing) → indentation/cutting(hob + cylinder cut). Output via PVC conveyor belt; scrap collected via reel. Each station independently adjustable.
