SED-40PG-A — SED-PG High-Speed Centrifugal Spray Dryer

Pumped feed solution/paste is delivered by a peristaltic pump to a Φ50 mm centrifugal atomizing disk spinning at 25,000 rpm; the disk's tangential force throws the liquid as fine droplets into the spray chamber. Inlet air drawn through a G4+F8+H13 HEPA filter set is heated by a 100 m² steam heater to 120 °C and blown into the chamber by an 11 kW vortex blower (3 kW supply blower) where it instantly evaporates the droplets, leaving a dry powder. Dust-laden air exits through Φ700+Φ600 SS316L two-stage cyclones and a SUS304 water scrubber. Powder collects in two 20 L SS316L material tanks. Six air hammers (4 chamber, 2 cyclone) periodically tap the walls to dislodge buildup. Inlet and outlet PT100 temperature sensors plus pressure transmitters on the HEPA and chamber feed a Siemens PLC + 10" HMI; an over-temperature alarm triggers automatic shutdown.
