Funcionamiento
Material is loaded through a DN100 quick-open feed port. An outer SUS304 double-helix ribbon stirrer rotating at 0-96 rpm lifts material along the conical wall axially upward; simultaneously an inner counter-rotating screw stirrer pushes material back down through the centre. The convective 'axial up + centre down' flow gives high uniformity in short cycle times. An optional spray-bar can mist liquid onto the cascading material, and the 4 mm SUS304 heating jacket can warm the cone for drying or reaction. A pneumatic ball valve at the conical bottom (DN100) discharges with near-zero residue. Process variables are controlled by a PLC + touch screen with Schneider electrical components.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Material is loaded through a DN100 quick-open feed port.
2An outer SUS304 double-helix ribbon stirrer rotating at 0-96 rpm lifts material along the conical wall axially upward; simultaneously an inner counter-rotating screw stirrer pushes material back down through the centre.
