Funcionamiento
Aerosol cans are organised on a turntable driven by an explosion-proof motor and conveyed via star-wheel intermittent indexing into the filling station. A 4-head (or 6-head) guided liquid filler dispenses product, then 2 sealing/gas-filling heads inject compressed air or nitrogen at 0.4–0.6 MPa and crimp the 1″ BOV valve. Cans then travel through automatic weighing (out-of-tolerance cans are rejected with an alarm), nozzle/actuator placement via vibratory bowl and 105 L hopper, and cap pressing via air-driven orienter. The SED-610PMJ-G inkjet printer codes the can bottom. Star-wheel indexing, photoelectric sensors and PLC interlocks auto-stop the line when feed runs out or downstream is blocked, and resume automatically after the fault is cleared.
Proceso de funcionamiento
