Funcionamiento
Horizontal equidistant forced screw feeds and pre-presses powder. Vertically arranged compression rollers (specially treated surface, Φ300×100 mm, HRC 60 hardened) compact powder into sheets via hydraulic-supported main drive maintaining stable pressure and uniform density. Adjusting the feed-screw to roller speed ratio yields sheets of different hardness/density. Sheets are then crushed and granulated through sieves to target particle size 0.2–2.0 mm.

1Horizontal equidistant forced screw feeds and pre-presses powder.
