Funcionamiento
Horizontal U-trough with dual-ribbon agitator: the outer ribbon (close to trough wall) pushes material toward the discharge port; the inner ribbon counter-rotates to create convective mixing. The extremely tight clearance between the outer ribbon and the U-trough wall minimises residuals (approx. 5 kg from 1,000 kg flour). During discharge the ribbons continue rotating to sweep all material toward the discharge valve. Compatible with vacuum loading and sealed operation to prevent dust.
Proceso de funcionamiento
