SED-4000LD-J ribbon blender — high-speed, high-efficiency mixer for powder-powder, powder-liquid, solid, and granular materials. Achieves 1:10,000 ratio uniformity (field test: 1,000 kg flour + 5 kg pigment uniformly mix

Horizontal U-trough with dual-ribbon agitator: the outer ribbon(close to trough wall) pushes material toward the discharge port; the inner ribbon counter-rotates to create convective mixing. The extremely tight clearance between the outer ribbon and the U-trough wall minimises residuals(approx. 5 kg from 1,000 kg flour). During discharge the ribbons continue rotating to sweep all material toward the discharge valve. Compatible with vacuum loading and sealed operation to prevent dust.
