SED-4-4-4PGX-Y — Fully Automatic 4-Station Detection-Fill-Press-Cap Machine

Operators load tubes and caps into separate hopper elevators. The mechanical tube organiser aligns tubes onto a conveyor; pneumatic pushers transfer them onto synchronous-belt mould blocks. (1) Inlet station — flip mechanism seats the tube into the mould; (2) Photoelectric station detects tube presence (no-tube / no-fill); (3) Filling station — only when a tube is detected, the dive-style fill needle descends into the tube and the servo-driven ceramic pump dispenses 30–50 ml; (4) Cap-organise / cap-on station — caps from the electromagnetic vibratory bowl exit mouth-up, then auto-flip to mouth-down via a curved track and drop onto the tube as the synchronous belt advances. A high-precision cam divider provides indexing for sub-plate, position, cap-on, and cap-press operations; a cosine-acceleration cam drives the capping head lift for stable, precise motion.
