Funcionamiento
Plan 1 (flow-meter): a Roots flow meter measures product volume against a high-precision pulse encoder; the Delta PLC controls a fast/slow dual-speed pneumatic fill cycle for foam-free dosing, vacuum recovery at the nozzle, and synchronized index/conveyor. Plan 2 (servo piston): a 2.5 kW servo motor drives a precision ball-screw and twin guide rails to actuate four piston pumps in self-priming mode, dosing without an elevated tank; sealed nozzles with imported anti-drip seals; bottle-presence detection by Panasonic photoeye triggers per-station fill. Capper uses a strong electromagnetic constant-torque head with imported VFD speed control. Labeler uses PLC + 10-recipe HMI memory and US-AB inverter for steady belt/separator/locator control.
