Funcionamiento
Whirlpool pump generates negative pressure in a closed system. Material is sucked from container through suction gun and Ø51 mm PVC steel-wire-reinforced hose into the vacuum hopper (304/316 SS, 1.5 mm wall), separated from air by a film-covered 5 μm filter bag. A reversing valve switches between feed and discharge cycles; pneumatic discharge door (rotary cylinder) drops material into receiving equipment. After each discharge, compressed-air back-blow cleans the filter. PCB control panel with adjustable feed/unload timing and level-meter for automatic start/stop.

After each batch or material change: (1) Open clip, remove hopper cover; (2) Remove filters — blow off powder with compressed air, then clean with warm water ≤80°C and soft brush only (no hard brushes); (3) Blow again with compressed air until filters are transparent; dry naturally or in oven ≤50°C; (4) Open clips and rinse hopper with clean water; (5) Reassemble per assembly diagram.
