SED-3FZG-I is a non-standard custom 3-tray square static vacuum dryer for low-temperature drying of heat-sensitive materials that decompose, polymerize, or deteriorate at high temperatures. Inside a sealed SUS304 chamber

Funcionamiento
Trays are loaded into the sealed SUS304 chamber. A 0.55 kW Ex-rated rotary-vane vacuum pump (Yangtzee 2XZ-4) draws the chamber down through a buffer tank to ≤1.33 Pa. A 0.37 kW Aolanke high-temperature thermal-oil pump circulates oil heated by three 3 kW electric immersion heaters (one is a spare) through the shelf jackets, holding shelf temperature in the RT+10 to 120 °C band. With the chamber under vacuum, solvent boiling point drops and vapor evolves at low temperature; vapor is pumped out (and can be condensed for solvent recovery). The static configuration preserves product shape.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Trays are loaded into the sealed SUS304 chamber.
2A 0.55 kW Ex-rated rotary-vane vacuum pump (Yangtzee 2XZ-4) draws the chamber down through a buffer tank to ≤1.33 Pa.
3A 0.37 kW Aolanke high-temperature thermal-oil pump circulates oil heated by three 3 kW electric immersion heaters (one is a spare) through the shelf jackets, holding shelf temperature in the RT+10 to 120 °C band.
4With the chamber under vacuum, solvent boiling point drops and vapor evolves at low temperature; vapor is pumped out (and can be condensed for solvent recovery).
