Funcionamiento
Thermoforming vacuum packaging process: The bottom film is servo-driven via 304 SS HH-type chain grips to the forming station. Cast aluminum integral heating plates heat the bottom film; pneumatic lever molds then deep-draw the heated film to form cavities (up to 50 mm depth). Product is loaded; the top film (310 mm) is fed from above and aligned with the bottom film (351 mm). The pneumatic lever mold rises to the sealing station; vacuum pump evacuates to ≤200 Pa, optional gas flush (inert gas), then heat-seal. Servo cutter simultaneously trims and cross-cuts. Scrap film edges are wound onto a recovery spool. Entire machine has phase-loss / phase-reversal / over-/under-voltage / earth-leakage protection and mechanical safety guards.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Thermoforming vacuum packaging process: The bottom film is servo-driven via 304 SS HH-type chain grips to the forming station.
