Funcionamiento

Single-press rotary tablet press: 17 D-type punch sets are mounted on a QT500-7 ductile-iron rotating turntable driven by a 3 kW motor via a VFD (Shanghai Zhongchen CHE100). Granular feedstock fills the dies from a stainless-steel hopper via a chrome-plated tin-bronze feeder. Upper and lower punches (40Cr alloy steel shaft) compress material between GCr15 high-carbon-chromium steel pressure rollers (HRC60-62) as the turntable rotates. The ZQSn10-1 tin-bronze main drive worm wheel (surface HRC45-48) and 40Cr worm gear transmit drive from the oil-immersion lubricated lower mechanism. GCr15 guide rails (HRC58-62) guide punch travel. Pressure overload protection auto-stops the machine; MCGS touchscreen HMI displays parameters and allows adjustment without stopping.

Proceso de funcionamiento

Transparent observation window opens fully for access to turret, dies and feeder surfaces. Oil-immersed sealed transmission keeps lubricant away from powder contact zones. Contact materials (stainless steel hopper, chrome-plated tin-bronze feeder) are easy to clean.
