Single-press rotary tablet press: 17 D-type punch sets are mounted on a QT500-7 ductile-iron rotating turntable driven by a 3 kW motor via a VFD(Shanghai Zhongchen CHE100). Granular feedstock fills the dies from a stainless-steel hopper via a chrome-plated tin-bronze feeder. Upper and lower punches(40Cr alloy steel shaft) compress material between GCr15 high-carbon-chromium steel pressure rollers(HRC60-62) as the turntable rotates. The ZQSn10-1 tin-bronze main drive worm wheel(surface HRC45-48) and 40Cr worm gear transmit drive from the oil-immersion lubricated lower mechanism. GCr15 guide rails(HRC58-62) guide punch travel. Pressure overload protection auto-stops the machine; MCGS touchscreen HMI displays parameters and allows adjustment without stopping.
