Funcionamiento
Material is loaded into the 25 L SUS304 jacketed tank; the pot lid lowers and seals; the vacuum pump pulls the chamber to ≤−0.098 MPa. Three independent drives operate simultaneously: (1) planetary revolution motor (4 kW, 0–35 rpm) carrying dual SUS304 paddles and a Teflon scraper that sweeps the tank wall; (2) paddle self-rotation (0–58 rpm) providing kneading and shear; (3) disperser motor (2.2 kW, 0–1450 rpm, disc Φ80 mm, tip speed 0–16 m/s) for high-shear dispersion. The combination of revolution, rotation, and dispersion with no dead zones ensures complete mixing.
